My husband and I just returned a few days ago from Sicily, and I just want to thank you again for your work in getting us the villa in Scopello and to let you know how wonderful it was. It is one of the most beautiful parts of Sicily, and the village of Scopello is absolutely charming. The villa we rented is really lovely and everything worked out very well. We had a splendid time there, relaxing by the water and using it as a base to explore the antiquities in the area. You can definitely recommend it to any of your customers interested in going to that part of Sicily.I will say, however, that I think in the full season when lots of people are there the atmosphere would change significantly. We really valued the peace and quiet (especially coming from Tokyo) and the fact that there were very few people around. Obviously later in the spring and summer that vacation village where the villa is located would be full of people and therefore much busier.  Our villa was at the bottom of the hill, closest to the water and is situated on the outside edge of three villas in a row. So, to the right of us was nothing but a small road and the hills beyond. The villas next door were empty. But many people aren't necessarily looking for solitude, so they wouldn't mind the people around. In any case, it's a very nice villa in a spectacular location, and I recommend it highly. In fact, my husband and I were telling a friend of ours about it and he wants us to book the villa again for this time next year. It's too early to make plans, but who knows? The apartment was perfect - after weeks of hotels it was lovely to be able to relax in our own space, especially one that was so warm and clean and spacious and inviting. We found it thrilling to be just around the corner from Michelangelo's house, and in a real Florentine residential street, whilst still close to all the tourist attractions, the supermarket and the markets. It made us feel like we were experiencing the real Florence, rather than just the tourist scene.
We appreciated the fact that there was a TV, plenty of cupboard space, saucepans, hot water and dishes, so that we could cook for ourselves, entertain friends, and really feel at home. We also really appreciated how kind and helpful both you and Filippo were. All in all, we have not a single complaint - everything was exactly as we wanted it.

We will definately be in touch with you the next time we are planning a trip to Italy!

We love the area, and the Campo S. Maria Materdomini is exquisitely charming. San Polo is wonderful, too. The apartment was very nice and very warm (Venice is freezing in the winter; that's one of the things I love about being there at that time of year). We were very comfortable in the apartment. There are really nice views of rooftops from nearly all of the windows, and the little balcony would be a wonderful place to sit in the warmer weather. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of space and closets, etc. It really is a very nice flat in a wonderful part of Venice. I would recommend it to anyone. You found us a very good apartment; thank you very much. I really do appreciate all that you did to find it for us; I know, given the short notice and the time of year, it wasn't completely easy for you to find it. It was excellent for us, and it helped us to have another wonderful stay in that most enchanting city.

I would like to commend your accommodation and more particularly the staff of the Aurelia Apartments in Roma. Two parties of seven people stayed with you and all were very impressed with the standard of everything. The staff were very helpful in providing information about trains and booking of Taxi's etc. If anything required attention in the apartment it was attended to almost immediately. We were visiting Roma for a wedding and the staff were very good at helping us with anything we required. The facility to use the internet if required was useful. The cleaning staff were very diligent about their job and made the environment of the apartment a more pleasant place. Thanks very much for arranging the flat in Florence Santa Croce last week. Despite the rain we all had a very enjoyable time, went round quite a few galleries and had some memorable meals. My wife and I, with both our sons aged 25 and 15, enjoyed a marvellous week over Christmas. The flat is quiet and comfortable in an intriguing part of old Florence. There is a fantastic market just round the corner and many, many restaurants to enjoy. My wife and I stayed at the apartment at Santa Croce in Florence this fall and found it perfect for our needs.  The apartment was roomy, quiet, and had a modern kitchen and bathroom. We were just a couple, but two couples or a family with children would find it comfortable.  We would recommend it to anyone.  The Santa Croce quarter is filled with history and just a walk from all the main tourists attractions.  We walked everywhere.

We were, of course, particularly lucky to have our apartment at via dei Servi upgraded. The two-bedroom was beautiful, and we made use of the rooftop terrace every night. The view was spectacular. The apartment is conveniently located to the necessities of supermarket and laundry, as well as to many shops and cafes. But best of all, it's in the heart of the old city, two blocks from the Duomo.
My wife and I were wondering if you have monthly rates on that top-floor apartment.

We would both like to thank you so much for a very special visit to Bologna. We really felt at home in the apartment and enjoyed wandering ... pretty much everywhere ... and trying the local food, both in the local osterias and pizzerias and also cooking our own.
