Wonderful, charming apartment of 140 sqm located on the third floor of a Venetian palace,  in S. Giacomo dell'Orio square, a very nice and quite area of Venice. Rialto Bridge is only ten minutes walking distance.

The apartment is upon  two levelss and consists of many elegantly-furnished rooms. The kitchen is provided with every comfort: dishwasher, traditional oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine. It is furnished with a large table with 6 chairs and a wonderful stuccoed chimney. The living room is complete with sofa, two armchairs, antique pieces of furniture and T.V. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other two have single beds which, under request, can be setted up as a queen size bed). All the bedrooms are complete of wardrobe, night-tables, chairs or armchairs, looking glasses and chest of drawers. The large bathroom has a tub with shower attachment.

On the second floor there are two wide terraces of  20 and 42 sqm overlooking Venice roofs and canals.
