Wonderful apartment, about   120 sqm situated in a quiet, characteristic court in Dorsoduro, near Ca' Foscari University and the Architecture University,it is only 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma. In a few minutes it is possible to reach the beautiful Frari church, the impressive S. Rocco church and the boat stop of S.Tomà where you can take a public boat and reach Rialto and S. Marco.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a restored building. From the entrance door you enter directly in the living room, furnished with two sofas (one is a sofa-bed), small table, chest of drawers and TV.

The kitchen, indipendent, is furnished with a traditional oven, gas ring, a fridge with freezer and washing machine.

The night area consists of three bedrooms: two singles and one double  There are two bathrooms: one with shower and the other with bath tub.
